EndeavorRx is a groundbreaking FDA-authorized video game treatment designed to improve attention in children aged 8-12 with primarily inattentive or combined-type ADHD. The game can only be accessed with a prescription or order from a healthcare provider. Once you receive a prescription for EndeavorRx, our pharmacy partner, PhilRx, will provide you with an activation code for treatment.

Developed by renowned neuroscientists and award-winning game designers, EndeavorRx utilizes the innovative Selective Stimulus Management Engine (SSME™) technology to target and challenge specific areas of the brain that are essential for attention function.

The objective of the game is for your child to successfully guide their character through various courses while collecting targets and navigating obstacles. They will embark on exciting adventures, explore different worlds, utilize boosts to solve problems, and create their own universe. The game's difficulty levels adjust in real-time based on each child's performance.

Track your child's treatment progress with EndeavorRx Insight®, the official companion app for caregivers. This free app offers a daily overview of your child's in-game mission completion and effort score, directly connected to their EndeavorRx treatment. Download it from your preferred app store today!

EndeavorRx is a digital therapeutic that aims to improve attention function in children aged 8-12 diagnosed with primarily inattentive or combined type ADHD and have demonstrated attention issues. Patients who engage with EndeavorRx have shown improvements in sustained and selective attention based on digitally assessed measures like the Test of Variables of Attention (T.O.V.A.®). It may not exhibit benefits in typical behavioral symptoms such as hyperactivity. EndeavorRx should be considered as part of a comprehensive therapeutic program which may include clinician-directed therapy, medication, and/or educational programs that address the symptoms of the disorder. It is not intended as a standalone treatment option or a substitute for your child's medication. The most common side effect observed in children during EndeavorRx clinical trials was feelings of frustration, given the game's challenging nature at times. No serious adverse events were reported.

EndeavorRx requires a prescription or order from your child's healthcare provider. Before deciding to use EndeavorRx, it is crucial to consult your child's healthcare provider and review the important indications, safety guidelines, and precautions outlined in the Instructions for Use. EndeavorRx should be played for approximately 25 minutes per day, 5 days a week, for a minimum of 4 consecutive weeks, or as directed by your child's healthcare provider. Additional treatment may be recommended after the initial 4-week period, depending on your child's healthcare provider's guidance.

If your child experiences any side effects while using EndeavorRx, such as frustration, headache, dizziness, emotional reactions, nausea, or aggression, it is advised to discontinue the treatment and consult your child's healthcare provider before resuming play.

EndeavorRx may not be suitable for patients with photosensitive epilepsy, color blindness, or physical limitations that prevent the use of a mobile device. Caregivers should seek advice from their child's healthcare provider to determine appropriateness.
